The land of Narnia

Year 3 are continuing on their magical journey through the land of Narnia. Our story has led us to encounter the wicked Ice Queen and her battles against other unusual monsters that roam the lands. This has led us to creating some fantastic suspense narratives, where we have had the opportunity to show off all the skills and techniques that we have been learning recently. As part of our topic, we are also preparing for a visit from Durham University, who will be coming into school to take us on a journey from the Stone Age to the Bronze Age. We have received letters from them advising us that they recently discovered the skull of an unusual beast, possibly linked to Narnia. We hope to help them with their investigations further when they visit us.
