Healthwatch North Tyneside provides a variety of  Mental Health support to families.

Talking Therapies service are open and you can access the service yourself – you do not need to speak to your GP first. They have made their online therapy tool free to access for all North Tyneside residents and they recommend this for people feeling overwhelmed by the coronavirus situation. NHS England suggested helplines for you to contact for support and someone to talk to if you need additional support with your mental health and are not able to get a face to face appointment.
